Project "Zubalashvili Brothers "

The house has been granted the status of a monument, so double caution was required when working on this project. It was in a rather dilapidated state, and a large part was not subject to restoration. It was the client's and our desire to preserve the valuable elements of the building as much as possible. We have kept the interior doors, cupboards, windows, cornices, window blinds. The elements listed above created the character of this building. We replaced the parts of the house that were not restored with completely modern details. For example, a stairwell, which entered the old building as a new body. Different types of reflective surfaces are also used in the interior, which creates an interesting synthesis with the existing old environment.

There are four apartments, a restaurant and an office in the building.
